Suitable for children ages 7+ and adults up to 80 years (our oldest participant was 78 and truly enjoying everything!).
Don’t hesitate – hundreds of participants already discovered this magnificent cave at day break, before the main tourism kicks in. So most probably you don’t have to share this treasure of nature, weather, wind and time with anyone else and may enjoy it in private.
While the surrounding nature and landscape spring to life we paddle way along some of the Algarve’s most hidden treasures. Its towering coastline up to Praia da Marinha, its magnificent sea caves, its hidden beaches are waiting for you.

Meeting and Organization
We meet at Praia de Benagil (outside O Pescador Restaurant) ca 30 mins before day break. After a short safety instruction by our professional trained and licenced Stand Up Paddle guides, we’ll be paddling to the Benagil Cave, and later on along the limestone coastline in the direction Praia da Marinha.
The exact meeting time will be combined when you book the tour.
